Hi Kelly and Susanne,
I thought ya'll might like to see these photos of a recent fishing
trip a few of my buddies and I took to The Chandeleur Islands.
The speckled trout and red fish were very hard to find, but we
did manage to find enough to keep it interesting. After you introduced
me to your ACTION PLASTICS 4" BAY SHRIMP, I have fished lake Pontchartrain
and The Chandeleur Islands for speckled trout and red fish with
this shrimp.
This is truly (IN MY BOOK) a terrific lure for not only speckled
trout but other species as well, (SEE PHOTOS).
The way that I fish the 4" BAY SHRIMP is as follows: I use a trout
rig, cork with about 24" to 30" of 30 lb. One with 1/4 oz. jig
head. I bite the shrimp's head off at the eyes. Then I thread
the shrimp on the jig with the hook up.
CAUTION: Keep the shrimp moving at all times or you will find
yourself catching a lot of catfish.
